Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a fantastic sea view from my room, although there were a couple of hiccups during check-in and check-out. The dining options were decent, but I felt they could've offered a wider variety, especially for breakfast. The pool area was great for relaxation, but it could use more loungers. Overall, it offered good value for money, especially given the competitive rates.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. While the room was spacious and offered a nice view, the housekeeping service was lacking and left much to be desired. The breakfast was quite basic, but I enjoyed the local restaurant nearby. The location was convenient but not ideal for Western guests, as there seemed to be cultural differences regarding dress code and drinking.
I loved my stay overall, as the hotel has a nicely landscaped courtyard and pools that are perfect for families, especially with small children. The spacious rooms with two big beds were a great value for the price. However, there's no beach access, and I did encounter some service issues during my stay that could be improved.
The hotel has a fantastic location near Kuah town and just a short distance from the jetty, making it convenient for activities. The sea view from the Deluxe room was stunning, and the pools are nice but often under-utilized. However, the Standard rooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the service needs improvement, especially regarding staff training. Overall, it feels like a good value for money if you choose the right room type.
